Stretch & Strength

The perfect supplemental class for any dancer or athlete, stretch & strength is a technique-only class centered around increasing your mobility, building muscle and stamina, and learning about the abilities and limitations of the human body. Dancers will explore strength-based kinesthetic movement and learn how to apply it in their dance technique, as well as increasing their flexibility with active & static stretching. Stretch & Strength is available for dancers ages 8+.


We are also now excited to offer an Adult-only Stretch & Strength class, for the adult wanting a weekly solid workout while building confidence, making friends, and increasing your mobility & power!


Dress Code: Comfortable, fitted workout clothing and bare feet or athletic shoes.
